I've found several image directories with much wins and I know the filename structure.. is there any tool to generate numbers up to 10 digits so i can extract them?
for example the filename is 1234567890.jpg
tried navnet but it takes for ever to search through billions of filenames.. any suggestions?

Sure, use MS Excel and a simple text editor, I recommend Notepad ++. Helps if you know a little Excel tricks and some very basic HTML. And it only really works if photos are in sequence.

Example, keeping it sort of simple:
in column A of the spreadsheet enter the image html stuff followed by a part of the picture's URL that doesn't change. Goes without saying that all these entries I'm typing out for you should go in the same row.

Now make the column wide enough to read the whole thing so it doesn't hide the next stuff.

Second column, a number. It's your starting point.

1478

Third column, the rest of the address and the rest of the html tag

and it's <img, not <img. sorry.

A more elegant way is to use named cells in your spreadsheet, if you know about those. Happy hunting.
