and for you fools messing with your dynamic IP, change the MAC address on your Linksys or w/e pos you are using, release and renew on the router and voila.

this will work in most cases, my ISP will eventually stop giving out new IPs after like the 5th MAC address change.'

if enough people do this repeatedly eventually the ISP's will start bitching at PB because customers who get your IP that you got banned the next day won't be able to visit it.

this would have to be done in sheer massive numbers to really make them back off and i dont see it being very likely, but it would be hilarious
