I'm Andrew Ryan and I'm here to ask you a question:
Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his own brow?

No, says the man in Washington. It belongs to the poor

No, says the man in the Vatican. It belongs to God.

No, says the man in Moscow. It belongs to everyone.

I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something different. I chose the impossible. I chose.....RAPTURE.

Where the artist would not fear the censor. Where the scientist would not be bound by petty morality. Where the great would not be constrained by the small. And with the sweat of your brow, RAPTURE can become your city as well.

You have proven once again, liberals are not able to avoid using insults. You could have simply said "through their economic purchases."

However, maybe I am not being clear enough with my question, I do tend to do that.

I want to know how the economic power travels up. I ask this question with the thought that the economic purchases of the lower and middle classes are also used in the trickle down theory. So, how does it travel up if there is also an explanation for the same information with it going in the opposite direction?

I hope that makes my question clearer.

Are arrogant 'elites' really any less annoying than arrogant 'peasants'? They both annoy me, but maybe it's limited to me. In my opinion all people are shit by nature and for anyone to be arrogant is laughable.

When you say poor white trash, I'm not sure I know what you are talking about. I've seen people living in pretty poor conditions in the US, and usually for the poorest that I've known, there hasn't been a lot of pride going around. I've seen more than a few arrogant middle class people, though.

If you're doing better than these 'poor white trash' people, I would speculate that you didn't have the lousy upbringing and family problems (sometimes completely wrong and disgusting problems) that can be passed down for generations.

what is it? i've spent a lot of time thinking about this lately. personally, i think it's between one of two things.
1: The government owns us and has set up the system in a way to prevent us from making any true changes. (Electoral college, 2 senators you will never be able to persuade and representatives that don't care what you really think.) Gov't supports conglomerations and mass media because it keeps us distracted and they don't have to get involved. (always wondered why there wasn't a 24/7 federally run news channel.)
2: Conglomerations own us, and have ultimately gained more power than the gov't itself. presidency comes down to who's willing to sell themselves, sell an image and keep the cash flowing to the rich. the people who actually have the capacity and intelligence to improve the USA will never, ever be placed in office, because corporations understand that threat and won't advertise those candidates to you.

tl;dr the world is scary and we're all fucked until the corporations fall, or people actually learn how to do things that benefit everyone. it's sad that people who have the money and influence don't care to make things better. it's sad that we can't be human anymore because the people at the top aren't human.

Like I already said, I have been given nothing.

How about a metaphor to explain what I mean, I asked for a chicken drumstick and I was given some chicken skin.

I have asked for an explanation of how trickle up economics works. There is far more information on how trickle down works than trickle up and that information has not even been requested.

I am beginning to believe that trickle up economics is just a made up idea loosely formed just to be "the other side" of the argument.

You keep saying no one will spoon feed me, however, I am asking for no such thing. What I am asking for is the cereal to eat. I have the spoon I am ready to feed but I cannot seem to find my bowl full of yummy morsels.

My statement holds true so far. No liberal will say what trickle up economics are.

>>418
Except that explains nothing.

...The only way to truly understand anything is the understand what the base of something is. Example being, just because you can multiply does not mean you fully understand the multiplication works.

The information you have given me is the same as telling me 2*2=4. I might now know 2*2=4, however, I still do not know how multiplication works. If effect you have given me no real information. I still do not know how the lower/middle class gets their economic power nor how they are able to use it in such a means that the upper class could not have had it first. Nor do I know how one moves from lower class to upper class in such a system. I am seeking real information not just talking points.

At the same time of wanting to know how and why trickle up works, I also seek to see if I can get that information from someone else, specifically a liberal. I am doing this because it has nearly become a proven fact, to myself, that liberals can never say what it is they are exactly. They hide behind lies, stories, and misdirection. They give out a lot of pretty words but never any information.

Whenever I am told to look up the information, I, just, cannot help but see that as an admission of that person not knowing the information I seek. the reason for this is because I know that the book did not come before the information. A book or website can only be written if the information for it was already created. I simply seek to get the information from a first person source instead of a second person source.

Books and websites are just objects and symbols. I seek a far more powerful source, the human mind.

If you are asking a question and nobody seems to respond maybe look it up?

It is also not that hard to view what trickle up economics would be based on the simple title. The more economic power of the lower and middle class would flow up through their economic purchases to the wealthy.
