I don't really remember. I was sort of "taken advantage of" by older girls when I was young-ish (Which I TOTALLY did not mind), so I was kind of constantly exposed to the female form. There's only so much you can notice about the standard "sexy" parts of a woman before you get bored with it, so I started picking up on the more under-appreciated parts.
Among other things, feet instantly struck me as very cool. They had a beautiful shape that kind of mirrored the ideal "hourglass" shape of a woman, they were constantly in use, but out of sight, and they had a very unique smell, that I found AWESOME.
It sorta grew from there. The smell is what really got me. It was very special, and the fact it was kind of, err, hard to access, was really cool. (If anyone's interested, I've recently learned that the sweat glands located in feet are unique, so, there's that mystery solved).
It's interesting to note that no girl I've ever been with has objected to the fetish. Some even find it cute/cool/sexy/interesting/whatever. Go figure.
