I'm not sure where to take this... but does anyone have advanced graphic design knowledge? Something like the ability to make a cartoon rendered image from scratch or by using different files. I'd be willing to paypal money to someone who could make something for me. If anyone has an ability to do so, respond and I'll attempt contact back!
