Tito is seriously overrated. His attitude is what makes him shine to casual fans. He doesn't ever finish fights because he doesn't pass anyone's guard. He can cut up a fighter, and that's it. Ken Shamrock doesn't count.

A. He's never finished a legit B Level Fighter.

B. He's lost to every good fighter he's ever faced. Frank Shamrock, Randy Couture, Chuck Liddell.

C. His style is the same old shit as usual. "Lay in his guard and throw cut-em-up elbows until the decision" That's lay-and-pray.

D. He has other skills, good boxing and good submissions, but he never uses them. He's same as he was in 1997 when it comes to gameplan. And everyone he fights knows it.
