The Sharebee terms of service are pretty much the same as any other file host and distributor. In other words, they will immediately remove any reported file that presents any type of liability.
The only way that files last, is if they aren't reported. There is not one single reputable file host or distribution site that will leave a file online at the threat of legal action.
Fucking children. Grow up.
Sharebee terms of service:
"5.1 Wrongful Conduct

"5.3 Copyright or Trademark Infringement
Sharebee.com Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including export control laws, is prohibited....Sharebee.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's transmission(s) that, in Sharebee.com's discretion, violates these policies or violates any law or regulation."
