Should be easy. You on a Mac or PC? Just mount it as a disk and use some file recovery software on it.

Active Undelete works but is limited in what types of video files it will recover.

Don't use your phone, it might write new data on top of the win vid at which point the file recovery process becomes a lot more difficult.

I wanna thank you guys for your suggestions, but it looks like because I made a few short phone calls in the days after I made the video it got overwritten. I'm gonna try to save it with a few more programs, but it looks like it might be gone for good. The good news is, she was surprisingly easy to voyeur, so I'm gonna try it again as soon as the timing is right.

Dude a few short phone calls wouldn't erase it! What does your phone record phone calls or something? Chances are it's still on there. If on Mac look for the program FileSalvage. It has worked wonders for me.

hope you get it recovered. If you use a dedicated spy cam app can it not hide the video?
