I'm looking for a Japanese yakuza film i think it was an early 2000 release. the story is that the bosses right hand man (or maybe just a hitman) is hired to kill the bosses wife but doesnt. he falls in love with her an helps her escape. as a punishment when his boss finds out and he is buried alive. he then climbs out the grave and then goes on an epic revenge spree. i can remember that it was full of really impressive fights and i loved it but i never caught its name. any1 who can help is a star. cheers.

pic unrelated

That depends really on the type of work you want to be in.
For television I would recommend finding a school that has a strong on campus TV station. Volunteer as much as possible. Do anything they ask, and be confident in what your doing.
If you have no experience you should just focus on getting time on professional equipment. By professional stuff I mean the cameras that run for up to $30,000. Those cheap prosumer cams are not the same machines used in the industry, and you will not even be considered unless you know how to operate.
Aside from that, fool around on your own. Make stupid videos with your friends, and attempt to make them as professional as you can. Keep in mind though that these projects are for you to "mimic" what the professionals do, a potential employer does not give a shit about your you tube videos so don't even mention them!

With Film, unless you have relatives in the industry, sorry... Just playing, I have meet so many people in film, that just happened to know people and got hired. Look up everything you can about cheap (yet good quality) equipment and get out and make lots of movies! Enter Film festivals and master your craft. Hopefully someone will notice you!
