Hey Soulhunter. The link in the top post shows the original. It was labeled as androgynous, which is always the best starting point because you don't have to go too far in either direction to get the right effect. I make perhaps 3-4 animations for every one I post on these boards, and it is generally the less ambitious transformations that make the cut because they don't go terribly wrong. Hopefully with improved skills or better tools, I'll render better stuff in the future. The megabyte limit is a bit of a drag though.

well right now all ur work is very well done but the thing holding u back here is like u said the mb limit i prefer longer process with more detail but with the limit i dont see how u can get better then wat ur doing unless is a tiny tiny image which no one wants but like i said in the first post great work and hope to see more in the future (i wish i could draw T_T)

Nonsense, if you appreciate the work, you can utilize your brain and understand the artist requires nutrition. If you can afford it, you should support the artist. I did, and I originally ran into the art on a board like this one, purchased all of it a few months later, and am releasing it again here. Feeding the artist also makes sure more work gets released. Artists like food, y'know?

Either way, your opinion seems unsupported, so based on these arguments I just provided you with: go buy it. There are other incentives than brainless merrycan consumption.

It's not an opinion, what was stated is fact. I used to do this a couple years ago. It gets distributed for free, gets sold on other sites, is posted everywhere you advertise... and in the end it doesn't make enough to pay for domain and webhost.
You have to love doing it so much that the knuckle dragging anonymous board scammers and morons that are 90% of the world population don't put you off. After site failure, out walking and getting run off the sidewalk by a semi, and shot in the leg, and later shot in the arm... people are not worth doing this for. For starters, the boy's actual problem was that he had bad acne, and the doctor presented herself as a plastic surgeon who could help get rid of it. She convinced him that the gender-changing chemical was an anesthetic, and that her "makeover" was the procedure to get rid of his acne.
The actual story gives a bunch of details that this misses out on, such as the nature of the transformation, and the doctor convincing the school that he had been a girl all along.
And of course, the names and dialogue are totally different.
